CV Mag: First of all, how does it feel to have been given your award? What do you believe are the reasons behind your success?
VIN: We’re honoured to have been chosen as the Best Social Media Marketing Agency in the USA. Our secret to success is our team of certified Social Media Artisans who are constantly looking for new ways to innovate and increase the performance of our client’s social media management to achieve their business goals. Whether that may be new hardware, such as cool and unique cameras, our own in-house software, ways of reporting and staying ahead of industry trends.
CV Mag: Please give us a brief overview of your company, your clients and the services you offer?
VIN: Most of our clients are small to medium businesses, although we do have some enterprise global companies as well. We specialize in social media management and live event social media management 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We also do web development and work with many other agencies on any other marketing projects our clients requests.
CV Mag: What is your firm’s overall mission and what steps do you take to achieve this?
VIN: Capturing the power of social media for the benefit of our clients.
CV Mag: What differentiates your firm from your competitors and marks you out as the best possible option for your clients?
VIN: I believe we are the most award winning social media agency in North America and have been ranked the last three years as one of the top social media marketing agencies in the world by market research companies Clutch.co and GoodFirms.co. Success starts with the strong team we’ve built that starts with our in-house Social Media Artisan apprenticeship program. We also take the time to learn our clients’ needs and goals with an in-depth discovery session, and then provide our clients with weekly measurable analytics.
CV Mag: Please give me a brief overview of the technology industry in your region currently. Are there any specific challenges or outside influences affecting it?
VIN: The marketing services industry in North America is competitive. Unlike a full-service marketing agency, we’ve become market leaders by focusing on one area and doing it better than anyone else, social media for businesses.
CV Mag: Working within the fast-paced technology industry, what techniques do you employ to stay ahead of emerging developments?
VIN: Our team meets weekly where it is the job for each SMArtisan (Social Media Artisan) to find a new emerging trend. This could be an industry article or even just changes to a social media platform’s algorithm they may have noticed.
CV Mag: What is the internal culture in your firm? How do you ensure that all of your staff are equipped to provide the best possible service to your clients?
VIN: We have performance-based rewards ranging from client retention to client performance.
CV Mag: What does the future hold for your firm? Do you have any future plans or projects you would like to share with us?
VIN: Long term goals include opening offices in Europe, Australia, Latin America and other locations. We’ve started this process by hiring some staff who are fluent in Spanish and French.
CV Mag: With regards to the technology industry, what developments do you foresee and how will you adapt around these?
VIN: There have been some recent changes to Facebook that have impacted businesses negatively and I don’t see this trend reversing. Because of this I foresee another social media platform emerging as a major player that will be more business friendly, possibly Gab. We have all our clients on at least five platforms which does lessen the impact when one makes major changes.
